About Minisymposia
We welcome proposals covering all areas of theoretical and computational acoustics. Each special minisymposium should consist of talks of 20 minutes, organized around a coherent research theme, with a minimum of 3 participants.
Proposals should be submitted individually or jointly (up to three proposers) and should include contributions from researchers from different institutions. Exceptionally, a proposal submitted including contributions from researchers at the same institution may be considered if the proposal is truly outstanding and addresses a significant research challenge.
Proposals must include the organizer(s)' full name, email address, and institutional affiliation; the title of the special minisymposium; the relevant MSC classification(s); a brief scientific description (500 characters or less); and a list of potential invited speakers.
Submission deadline
30 November 2026
Proposals received after this date may not be considered. Notification of accepted minisymposia will be sent by 15 January 2027.
